Crystal Healing Practitioner (Crystal Healing Practitioner) a three day intensive course combining the ancient art of Crystal Healing and Metaphysics.
Crystal Reiki Practitioner (Crystal Reiki Practitioner) a five day course which incorporates Crystal Healing and Metaphysics along with Reiki I and II.

Reiki
Reiki is an amazingly simple technique to learn. The ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student during a Reiki class. This ability is passed on during an "attunement" given by a Reiki master, which opens the Crown, Heart and Palm Chakras in a unique way, and allows the student to tap into an unlimited
supply of "life force energy" to improve one's health and enhance the quality of life.
Its use is not dependent on one's intellectual capacity or spiritual development and therefore is available to everyone. It has been successfully taught to thousands of people
of all ages and backgrounds.
Once attuned to Reiki healing energy, the channel will remain open for the rest of your life, bringing a spiritual cleansing of the physical body as
well as the mind and emotions. This also brings an increased awareness and raises your vibrational frequency to a much higher level; bringing spiritual insights and enhanced intuition.
Sometimes our core beliefs that we have held in our subconscious mind from childhood, and from other times in our life, can cause us to have self-limitations which can hold us back in life; stopping us from reaching our full potential. Crystal Reiki can help us to let go of these beliefs which no longer serve us, and help us to become more positive to

Crystals
Crystal Healing workshops teach the ancient art of crystal healing which has been used since the days of Atlantis and Lemuria. You will learn how crystals work and how they
interact with our body's energy system.
One of the skills you will learn will be how to scan the aura and chakras and how to enhance your intuitive skills to enable you to know which crystals to use and where to place them during a healing session.
Crystals work through vibration; rebalancing the energy field that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body; thus activating and balancing the chakras. This is vital for
our well-being as each chakra interacts with the physical body through two major vehicles,the endocrine system and the nervous system.
Each crystal has its own unique vibration or energy frequency, which interacts with our body to bring about the necessary changes needed for healing. This may come in the form of a change in a core belief or perception, or a release of a repressed emotion held in the subconscious mind.
For any form of healing to occur we need to understand the cause of what makes us ill and what our body is trying to communicate to us. Any pain or discomfort in the body is the loudest message our body can give us; to draw our attention to the fact that something is not right. Crystals work to balance and harmonize all parts of our psyche and once we make this connection, we are able to make the necessary change so that the illness can be released, and harmony restored.
While conventional medicine concentrates more on the cure and ways to suppress the symptoms by use of drugs and medications, holistic therapies such as Crystal Reiki, work on preventative measures and more on the cause; by releasing negativity and suppressed emotions from the energy field before they manifest into the physical body.
Raising your Vibrational Frequency with Crystal Reiki
Let me explain a little about energy and what it means to ‘raise your vibrational frequency’. Einstein and later quantum physicists have explained that at an atomic level everything that exists in the Universe is energy, vibrating and oscillating at different rates; that physical matter and energy are just two forms of the same thing.
Some of these vibrations we are familiar with, such as sound, light, radio waves or X rays.
These are all part of the electromagnetic spectrum, and from a scientific perspective
the only difference between these various forms of energy is that each oscillates at a different frequency or rate of vibration. Human beings are also comprised of electromagnetic energy, and every cell, atom and subatomic particle that makes up the human body
is vibrating at different rates depending upon their biochemical makeup. For example, the specific electrical output of the human heart can be measured on an ECG machine (electro-cardiogram). Also, the electromagnetic output of the whole body can be measured using an electro-myograph, and the normal biological frequency for the human body
is around 250 cps (cycles per second).
Research has been carried out on a variety of people, recording the output on high energy centres on the body, known as Chakras. Whilst most people showed recordings of the
normal range of 250 cps, it was revealed that when tests were carried out on people who used healing energies (such as Reiki) and others who actively used their psychic
ability, it was found that their frequencies registered in a band between 400 and 800 cps.
These people were not only psychics and healers, but also followed a spiritual path and were able to meditate deeply; moreover, they felt a connection to everything in
nature and beyond, and held holistic and metaphysical beliefs, such as letting go of judgements, having compassion for ourselves and others and all living things and expressing love and gratitude.
When our vibration is raised we start to acquire a higher awareness. The veil is lifted and we become aware of what our body is communicating to us at any given time. We are
able to connect with our ‘Higher Self’ which is ‘all knowing’. We feel a connection toward each other and to everything in the Universe. We begin to understand the reason why things happen in our lives; that everything has its purpose. We react differently to some of the more unpleasant things in life; knowing that the soul’s purpose is to experience
life with all its trials and tribulations.
Remember that a negative frame of mind will attract more negative things into our lives. When we learn to feel love, appreciation and gratitude through our body, we will start to attract only positive things and lead happy and fulfilling lives.
There is a powerful Universal Law, which is also governed by the law of physics and that is – The Law of Magnetism (more commonly known as the
Law of Attraction)“That which is like unto itself is drawn”.
In Conclusion
The more one works on discovering (or remembering) their spiritual essence by actively performing energy work (whether on self or on others), pursuing spiritual practices
such as meditation, prayer, yoga, reading inspirational books, and taking responsibility for one’s own health and healing, the higher your vibration is raised.
When one feels a 'heightened awareness' in life, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, we are in the process of raising our vibrational frequency.
