Crystal Reiki
A healing session includes a full hour of Reiki ‘hands on healing’ with intuitively selected crystals
placed on the body to suit each client together with a full Aura Cleanse, Chakra Balance, and Crystal
Card Reading.
 
Treatment as stated above includes:

• Aura Repair
  Repairing defects - specific aura damage due to prolonged stress, illness or emotional trauma, releasing etheric cords and negative energy.
• Chakra Balancing
  Specific treatment of balancing each of the main seven chakras individually so that they are open and energised, bright in colour, and equal in size.
• Crystal Card Reading
  A crystal card reading can provide further insight into the client’s present life situation or present state of being, these crystals will be used during the healing session.

Metaphysical/Holistic Counselling
What is Metaphysical Counselling? - ‘Meta’ means ‘above or beyond’.  Metaphysical then means
‘above and beyond’ physics – above or beyond the physical; the world of form – that which we can see.

Metaphysics is the study of the Universal Life Force, the Spiritual Energy or God Essence, which is a
part of all living things. There are many different names for this Universal Power, Chi, Ki, God, Spirit, Unconditional Love, Infinite Intelligence, Christ Consciousness, Prana, Buddha, the list is almost
endless. Holistic Counselling will offer you guidance and support, along with techniques for improved emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being.

By bringing more resources, awareness and meaning into our lives this assists us to move toward positive emotions such as joy and happiness and away from negative emotions such as depression,
fear and anger.

Holistic Counselling sessions will assist you in creating a more balanced, joyful and meaningful life.

The Benefits of a Reiki session?
Reiki has several basic effects: it brings about deep relaxation, balances the whole body, clears energy blockages, detoxifies the system, provides new vitality in the form of healing universal life energy,
and increases the vibrational frequency of the body.

Body organs, the skin and protective systems such as the immune system are improved. The energy channels are opened up to allow the body to deal effectively and naturally with both stress and the build-
up of toxins.

Long-term practice of Reiki will restore the general condition of the body as it cleanses the auric field thus preventing any imbalances or impurities from building up in the subtle bodies. We are learning more
about how weaknesses show up in the energy field (the aura) before there is ever any evidence of it on
the physical level.
